We allow pre-ordering on some of our items to allow you to participate in the launch of our new collections, before they are release date. Items available for pre-order are indicated by "pre-order" in the image of the article as well as in their description.
Pre-order release and shipping dates are subject to loading without notice. Pre-orders will ship on as soon as possible after the item is received in the warehouse.
If you want to receive your pre-order item as soon as possible, you must place an order alone with the item in question. If you place an order with multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest release date at the earliest. If you place an order with a pre-order item as well as in-stock items, your order will be shipped no earlier than the release date of your pre-order item.
Pre-orders are charged to your designated payment method at the time of purchase on the website. In the event that we are unable to obtain the required number of items to fill all the pre-orders, the orders will be distributed in the order in which the purchases were made. Unsatisfied orders will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
All pre-orders may be canceled and refunded without notice often due to factors beyond our control.
Due to the nature of pre-orders, pre-orders are final sale and are non-refundable when the item is already ordered from our supplier.
