Returns and Exchanges


To proceed with the return of an item, you must communicate with our team by email at by sending us your order number to obtain confirmation.


Returns are accepted for an exchange, credit note or refund and must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Only items in new condition, in their original packaging and with the tags attached will be accepted. Unlabeled or damaged returns will not be processed and will not be returned to sender, except in the case where it involves a manufacturing defect.

Please note that delivery costs are not refundable and that we are also not responsible for delivery costs that may be incurred by returning an item.

All pre-order, sale or promotion items are a final sale.


We do not currently offer exchanges on our online store.


To exchange an item, you will need to make a return by following the procedure indicated in our Return Policy (see above) and place a new order online.
